Search conversations
Shared Inbox includes a conversation search designed for speed:
- Shortcut: ⌘K (or Ctrl+K)
- Query: search by name or phone
- Scope: results respect the currently selected queue (Waiting / All Taken / Mine)
Practical tips
- start with a phone number when possible (fastest path to the exact conversation)
- use search when triaging “Waiting” to avoid duplicates
- use it to jump between active cases without scrolling
