WhatsApp in Calypso

Overview

Calypso’s WhatsApp features are split into three areas:

• Templates: create and manage message templates (including approval status)
• Campaigns: send messages to a set of customers and review performance
• Actions: send an approved template to a single contact (manual + API helper)

Typical workflow

1. Create a Template
2. Wait for it to be approved
3. Use it in:
   • a Campaign (bulk send) or
   • Actions (single send)
